For regular editing services (1-day editing and longer), documents are returned by midnight (CET) on the due date. For example, a document submitted for the 1-day editing service on Monday will be returned by midnight on Tuesday. Payment is due through PayPal prior to the return of the file.

Please note: Entire dissertations and book length projects usually require a full month to complete. This is due to our three stage editing process: 1st read of the document is to familiarise ourselves with the project, 2nd read is to make the bulk of the edits, 3rd read is to double-check our work and check for style consistency.

WriteRight will not be obligated to complete a job until after examining and accepting the submission. The time guarantees do not begin until a submission has been accepted and terms have been agreed upon.
